Bread does not get any healthier than this! A traditional soft crumb loaf made with a blend of Organic Wholegrain Wheat and Organic Wholegrain Kamut (Khorasan). Organic Kamut falls into the ancient grains categories of wheat and helps improve the taste and power up the nutritional value of this loaf. Ancients grains are a super food higher in antioxidants, proteins, beneficial oils and minerals. As an added bonus, the Organic Kamut, Organic Wholegrain Wheat and Organic Purple Wheat we use are Stone Ground milled. As a result, this loaf has the added benefit of retaining the wheatgerm packed with vitamins, minerals and beneficial oils.
